Scripps Ranch Technology Park is located in San Diego’s Mid-City market, which is central to San Diego’s largest engineering talent pool. Scripps Ranch is a strategic central location that is accessible for all types of employees, commuting from anywhere in San Diego County. Less than one mile from the I-15 freeway in the geographic center of San Diego, the campus is surrounded by a rich amenity base, including restaurants, shopping, hotels and fitness venues.

Brown Field Technology Park is a 50 acre master-planned corporate industrial development in Otay Mesa. Murphy Development Company will develop 1,000,000 square feet of Class A industrial buildings. Current buildings available for lease from 25,000 up to 229,000 square feet, and are designed for manufacturing and distribution tenants.

The Campus at San Diego Business Park is located at 2001, 2055, and 2065 Sanyo Avenue. The buildings are strategically located contiguous to SR 11, and within a mile of SR 905, providing excellent freeway identity and access served by three freeway off-ramps.

SVBP has been master planned to include 2,100,000 SF of corporate industrial buildings. The final building in the business park, Building 17, a 79,000 SF industrial building was completed in December 2018.

The San Diego Business Park was Murphy Development’s first San Diego project, and was the first Class A corporate business park development in Otay Mesa. Murphy’s pioneering vision for Otay Mesa as San Diego’s most dynamic industrial growth area commenced with the master-planning the 1.3 million square feet development.

From 1989 to 1993, Murphy Development Company acquired the site for the Brown Field Business Park, and successfully entitled and completed the infrastructure and all landscaping for the 155 acre, 2,000,000 SF corporate industrial park.
