Siempre Viva Business Park

Siempre Viva Business Park is a 116-acre, state-of-the-art corporate industrial and technology development located in Otay Mesa, within a half-mile of the Otay Mesa International Port of Entry at the Mexican border. Otay Mesa is the City of San Diego’s master planned industrial area and is located 21 miles south of the San Diego CBD, approximately 5 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean.

SVBP has been master planned to include 2,100,000 SF of corporate industrial buildings. The final building in the business park, Building 17, a 79,000 SF industrial building was completed in December 2018.
