ING Clarion Partners LLC Makes Third Purchase this Year at Siempre Viva Business Park on Otay Mesa for a Total of $66.5 Million
SAN DIEGO (July 9, 2007) – Murphy Development Company has sold a 225,763-square-foot building, occupied by General Dynamics NASSCO at 8511 Kerns Street, San Diego, to a core commingled fund advised by ING Clarion Partners, LLC for $24.9 million.
